Tests on Gulf oil "superskimmer" inconclusive: ship owner

Reuters – Tests on a supertanker adapted to skim large quantities of oily water from the surface of the Gulf of Mexico are inconclusive because of high seas, ship owner TMT Shipping Offshore said on Monday.
